Senior Associate
Jarad is a Senior Associate with demonstrated, wide-ranging and practical legal experience. He specialises in high-value civil and commercial litigation (including arbitrations), across all Courts in South Africa and SADC region.
As a Senior Associate at Richters, he is a seasoned attorney, who leads the litigation process and offers clients bespoke strategic, legal and business advice, across various disciplines of law, (including that of the firm’s specialised practice areas).
Jarad completed his LLB at the University of the Witwatersrand and is an admitted attorney with right of appearance in the High Court of South Africa. In addition to his LLB, he holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Business Administration from Wits Business School and a Postgraduate Diploma in Financial Planning from the University of Stellenbosch Business School.
During the course of his legal career thus far, he has established key relationships with some of the best senior counsel in the country.
